Q: When will I receive payment?
A: Once your Macbook is received, payment will
be sent within ten days.
Q: Do I need to get rid of the files on my computer?
A: It is standard procedure for us to clear any data
upon arrival. However, you may clear the data before
shipping if you’d like to.
Q: Do you want the accessories and/or box that
came with my Macbook?
A: Yes, we will gladly accept the accessories and
box that came with your Macbook.
Q: Do you buy broken or damaged Macbooks?
A: Yes. Most damaged and non-functioning Macbooks still have value. Once we receive your inquiry, we will make you an offer for your Macbook.
Q: What if I have more than one Macbook I would like to sell?
A: There is not a limit to the number of Macbooks you can sell. The more Macbooks you sell at one time, the higher your offer will be due to lower shipping costs. Please fill out a separate form for each Macbook.
Q: Do I have to pay the shipping cost to send the Macbook to you?
A: : No, we cover the shipping cost. Once you decide to sell, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ship your Macbook to us.
